Morning Seed Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

Morning Seed has no account sign-in, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Your moods, notes, and history stay on your device. Purchase status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat as described below.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores your daily marks, selected mood, optional notes, history, reminder settings, selected visual theme, and widget-readable daily line state on your device. These records support your history, reminders, and widgets. They are not sent to RevenueCat or included in purchase processing.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. Morning Seed uses RevenueCat as a service provider to validate purchases and provide the correct app entitlement. RevenueCat receives a random App User ID, Apple receipt information, transaction data, subscription data, entitlement data, and service-required app and device technical information.

This information is used for purchase validation, app functionality, fraud prevention, service operations, and subscription analytics. The app does not attach your name, email address, moods, notes, or history to the random App User ID, and RevenueCat is not used for advertising or tracking. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app uses local notifications to remind you to return to today's phrase and mark. Reminder preferences stay on your device.

Sharing

Sharing only happens when you choose a share action. Shared text is handled by iOS and the app or service you select from the system share sheet.

Signed Public Content

The app uses Cloudflare Pages as a public content hosting service provider and may download signed public content files containing daily lines and themes. The public content host receives ordinary connection and HTTP data needed to serve those files, such as an IP address, request time, and technical headers. These requests contain no saved user content, moods, notes, or history.

Restore Purchases

Restore recovers purchase rights associated with your Apple Account. It does not restore moods, notes, or history because those records remain only on the original device. They are not included in Restore.

Support Requests

If you contact support, the information you choose to send will be used only to understand and respond to your request.

Retention and Deletion

Daily marks, moods, notes, history, reminder settings, and theme choices stay on your device until you delete them in the app, reset app data, or delete the app. Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription and does not delete records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and handle reasonable follow-up.

Children's Privacy

Morning Seed is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians can use Apple's purchase controls. If you believe a child included personal information in a support request, please contact us through the support page.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app or its data handling changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
