Morning Seed Support

Morning Seed is an iOS app for one gentle daily line, private marks, reminders, widgets, and paper themes. You can save one introductory check-in before choosing a plan. Continuing daily use requires a monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchase; every plan unlocks the full app.

Restore Purchases

Open Morning Seed and tap "Restore purchases" on the purchase screen. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restore recovers purchase rights only; it does not restore moods, notes, or history stored on another device.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. You can also visit Apple subscription settings.

Accounts and Saved Records

Morning Seed does not use account sign-in or cloud sync. Moods, notes, and history stay on the device where you created them. Deleting the app does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Widgets

If a widget does not update immediately, open the app once and return to the Home Screen. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so updates may not appear instantly.

Reminders

Reminders use iOS notifications. If reminders do not appear, check iOS Settings and make sure notifications are allowed for Morning Seed.

Purchases and Refunds

Purchases, refunds, and subscription billing are handled by Apple. For refund requests, visit Apple Report a Problem.
