Komorebi Seed Support

Komorebi Seed is an iOS app for daily words, private marks, reminders, widgets, and optional Premium customization.

Restore Purchases

Open Komorebi Seed, go to Premium, and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. You can also visit Apple subscription settings.

Widgets

If a widget does not update immediately, open the app once and return to the Home Screen. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so updates may not appear instantly.

Reminders

Reminders use iOS notifications. If reminders do not appear, check iOS Settings and make sure notifications are allowed for Komorebi Seed.

Purchases and Refunds

Purchases, refunds, and subscription billing are handled by Apple. For refund requests, visit Apple Report a Problem.
