Morning Seed Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Morning Seed. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.

Use of the App

Morning Seed provides a daily gentle line, a mood and optional note, on-device history, Home and Lock Screen widgets, a daily reminder, sharing, paper visual themes, and new line themes when available. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

No Medical or Emergency Service

Morning Seed is not a medical, therapy, diagnosis, crisis, emergency, monitoring, or safety service. It is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency help.

Purchases and Subscriptions

You can complete and save one introductory check-in before choosing a plan. Continuing daily use after that requires a monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchase. Every plan unlocks the full app. The monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions; the lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Prices and availability may vary by region and are shown before you confirm payment.

Apple bills purchases through the App Store. RevenueCat processes the purchase status needed to provide the correct app entitlement. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Content and Updates

The app includes bundled daily lines, paper visual themes, widgets, and signed public line and theme updates. New line themes may be provided when available; no fixed release cadence is promised. Saved marks, moods, notes, and history remain your private local records.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, interfere with Apple purchase systems, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

The app is provided as available. Features may change, and some functions depend on iOS, local notifications, widgets, purchases, and App Store availability.
