Komorebi Seed Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Komorebi Seed. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.

Use of the App

Komorebi Seed provides daily words, private daily marks, reminders, widgets, and optional Premium themes and customization. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

No Medical or Emergency Service

Komorebi Seed is not a medical, therapy, diagnosis, crisis, emergency, monitoring, or safety service. It is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency help.

Premium Purchases and Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly Premium plans are auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Lifetime Premium is a one-time App Store purchase and does not renew. Prices and availability may vary by region and are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Content and Updates

The app may include bundled daily words, visual themes, widgets, and sharing styles. Future versions may add new content or adjust existing content. Saved marks and notes remain your private local records.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, interfere with Apple purchase systems, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

The app is provided as available. Features may change, and some functions depend on iOS, local notifications, widgets, purchases, and App Store availability.
